Good location
Well located. No Fire extinguisher, first aid kit or hairdryer in the home. Dishwasher and outdoor barbecue grill were dirty and unusable.
Bedding and sheets were clean.

Clean, quiet, comfy!
My boyfriend and two of his coworkers stayed here for a couple of weeks and it was perfect! The house had
everything they needed for their stay. It was in a very safe and quiet neighborhood, which was often patrolled by the local police.
This was our first experience with VRBO and we will definitely be coming back here again to book! Our host, matthew, was very accommodating and super easy to work with. Communication with him was spot on!

Nice place to stay
I was in town for work for the week, I chose this place because I had been here before. Very comfortable, quiet, and safe. Definitely would stay here again.

Thanksgiving @ the Heights
The property was clean. The 2 bedrooms on main floor were ok. The basement bedroom was dissapointing, with no usable closet & windows that needed curtains.Smelled musty. The LR in basement was nicer but also needed a curtain. Description of house didnt include 'basement' br. with steep stairs; or basement laundry, which was more like a large storage room. Had a old time shower with no stall around it in basement. Back hallway light was not working, messaged our host. Kitchen was nice. Main floor bathroom could use a towel bar. Front room needed a coat rack. Could use a rug by back door for changing weather conditions and to avoid slips or tracking into house. Plenty of br tissue & paper towel items. Lots of guests left small items that could be used in cabinets. Saw police lights
stopped down the street two nights. Neighborhood was quiet for the most part, tho. Front entrance could use another step up to porch. Kinda hard to get up the one high step. Could never figure out how to get local channels on the TV. The offstreet parking could easlily fit 2 cars. This place was only 3 min drive to our son's place for Thanksgiving & visiting other family. If you don't mind an older house with steep staired basement @ medium price point; this might fit the bill. It certainly has potential.
