Paris in the Heights: 3Bed+Backyard Patio

The initial communication was good. However the property has issues that need to be addressed: mold in the basement, a syringe was found above a ceiling fan when the handyman came to service it. Once I advised the host of this all communication stopped. We couldn’t use 1 of the bedrooms and on the main floor due to it looking like a make-shift bed frame that could break at any moment. The tub was filthy & there were ants in there. I feel the cleaning crew is sub-par & has not been forthcoming with what they are NOT cleaning. I ensured that my family cleaned what we dirtied & took videos/pictures of proof on how WE left the place.

I rented the house for my daughter and her friend as they were performing in a play in Peoria and it was perfect for them. Thank you so much! The check in was seamless!

I stayed a week for graduation and a wedding, and it was not as good as advertised. There were mice in the basement and ants all over the kitchen. The property did not entirely look like the pics, maybe it’s because the property isn’t maintained very well after visits.I will not be staying there again when I’m in town visiting family.
