We enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was great. Close to the riverfront and lots of fun restaurants and bars. The house has plenty of beds for a large family or group of friends. There’s not a lot of room to hang out in the living room, but we pulled chairs in from the dining room. There is a park almost directly across the street for those who enjoy walking. The host sent plenty of i formation about check-in and answered all of my questions. The house is older and could use some renovations, but overall it is nice!

Great host and location for us!

The house wasn't that clean upon arriving, but we stayed there and on the second night we stayed there and got back we found COCKROACHES on the counter and in the bathroom on main floor. On top of that the homeowner denied my claim on wanting a refund on a 5 night stay. Vrbo said there isn't nothing they can do its all up to the home owner who was no help! Terrible experience!

While we were glad to find a place to stay that would accommodate our family for a reasonable price, we were disappointed in the cleanliness and overall property management. The sewer backed up in the basement, spilling into the carpet of the bedroom where people were sleeping. We contacted the host who did respond in a timely way but said he’d look into it after we left. Other concerns include the 40 rusty nails and other hardware we picked out of the back yard, ants on the kitchen counter and bathtub, and a garage door that wouldn’t stay shut. Overall, the house was fine but not as well cared for as I expect from a vrbo.
